Are you afraid of Coronavirus? of course you will be. We have never seen such a tragic massacre in our life. But should you be afraid of the coronavirus?

This virus shows us flu-like symptoms which include coughing, chest congestion, fever, headache, and pain in the throat. It’s a weak virus because it doesn’t show any symptoms to 80% population. 1. Step out of the house only if necessary:

The government has withdrawn the lockdown to stabilize the country’s economy. You have to get that in your mind that it’s still not yet over. You are still susceptible to the virus and spread it to others. Remember, you are not only putting yourself in danger but also your dear ones. If anything happens to you, you are just a number to the government.

2. Stepping outside your house is equal to enter a battlefield:

Cover your face with a mask (preferably N-95). If you feel that there is no one on the road and there won’t be anyone in your surrounding to whichever place you are going, then let me clear your confusion. If any person who is affected by the virus had been to that particular place before your presence, his aerosols will contaminate that place. Consequently, you will be affected. The aerosols will be active for at least 2 hours and are enough to infect you.

3. Usage of gloves:

wear any disposable gloves to avoid direct contact with things already infected with the virus. As hands are one of the main pathways through which the virus can enter our mouth or nose.

4. Always carry alcohol-based sanitizer:

  • Act quickly to kill microorganisms on hands.
  • Are more accessible than sinks.
  • Reduce bacterial counts on hands.

5. The proper way to wash hand:

As soon as you return your place from outside, your priority must be washing hands thoroughly. Many people are not aware of the proper technique of washing hands. I’ve posted the proper method in the above image.

6. Hot water:

This may sound very simple to you guys. But, having hot water twice a day can be miraculous. The virus which went inside your mouth will be very weak during the initial 3-5 days (there won’t be a strong attachment with the buccal mucosa). When you slowly sip the hot water, the virus reaches your stomach from the mouth. The gastric acid is so strong that it can easily kill the virus inside your stomach. Therefore even if you are infected with the virus, you can get rid of it.

7. Steam inhalation:

This helps to get rid of the virus which is stuck in the upper airways. The moment you inhale the hot steam, the virus slips to your stomach and eventually dies with the effect of the gastric acids.

10. Build your immunity:

This is very simple guys. You just need to consume a few vitamin supplements ( prominently vitamin-C )
