1. Steam Inhalation – Eucalyptus oil
Add few drops of eucalyptus oil to hot boiled water and take a blanket and cover yourselves and inhale the vapours coming out which shall act as a strong immunity builder and help one to get some stress relief. Repeat this step twice a day and for up to 2-3 days. However, make sure that you stay in room temperature and not in any chilled area. This helps clear the sinuses and relaxes your body from flu and cold.
Drinking turmeric milk twice a day shall increase your immunity and let you fight against the cold and fever. The quantity of the turmeric should be ¼th spoon and make sure to boil the milk with the turmeric powder in it. Speaking about TURMERIC, particularly it has a lot of benefits:
